Responsible for answering online queries by understanding customer requirements on chat and responding to them smartly and promptly
Responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management System
Responsible for conducting weekly sales meetings and creating weekly sales reports
Responsible for maintaining image bank and creating a knowledge base for the general customer queries
Driving incremental profitable sales growth
Delivering excellent customer satisfaction ratings
Removing inefficiencies from internal processes & procedures, implementing plans and processes to improve business profitability and reduce potential leakage
Requirements for Online Sales Consultant
Previous experience of working in the Jewellery industry would be an advantage but is not essential
Experience in delivering online sales growth in a fast-paced B2C environment
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal as you will interact with clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales KPIs.
Salary is negotiable based on knowledge and experience.
