Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to address any areas of concern
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide training and support to customer service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Resilient and independent personality traits
- Strong planning and project management skills
