Job Overview
PKB Worldwide Exim LLP a leading Japan Based IT Company looking for a smart and proactive candidate to handle online customer support and basic marketing activities for our IT/SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media.
Provide product information and basic troubleshooting.
Manage support tickets and follow up until resolved.
Assist in creating and posting social media content.
Manage company social profiles and respond to comments/messages.
Support email marketing and basic promotional activities.
Prepare simple performance or activity reports.
Requirements
Good English communication skills.
Customer-first attitude and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of IT/SaaS products (training will be provided).
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Qualification
Any Fresher with good communication skills in English
Experience in support or marketing is a plus (not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
