3. Quality Assurance

• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities.

• Regularly cross-check information to ensure data consistency across systems.

• Conduct daily audits to maintain high accuracy levels.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Communicate effectively with team members and reporting managers.

• Provide daily or weekly updates on completed tasks and pending work.

• Escalate any discrepancies or technical issues to the supervisor.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth data operations.

5. System & Process Management

• Use company-approved software, spreadsheets, and data management tools.

• Follow organizational guidelines and workflow processes strictly.

• Maintain secure backups of data on a regular basis.

• Suggest improvements to optimize data management processes.
