Job Title: Work From Home Bookkeeper – Virtual Accounting Jobs (Xero, QuickBooks)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our remote accounting team! In this role, you will manage financial transactions, perform reconciliations, and assist with monthly and yearly accounting tasks. If you have experience with Xero and QuickBooks and are ready to work from home in a flexible, virtual environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Invoicing & Billing: Generate invoices, track payments, and ensure proper documentation of transactions
• Tax Preparation: Assist with preparing for tax filings and work with accountants to ensure compliance
• Software Management: Use Xero, QuickBooks, and other accounting software to track financial data and generate reports
• Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients regarding their financial accounts and provide support when needed
Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and other accounting software
• Experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of bookkeeping
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
