This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, excellent project management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that meets the needs of our target audience.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create compelling event content that resonates with our audience.
• Work closely with third-party vendors to design and deliver world-class online events.
• Conduct thorough post-event analysis to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
Basic Qualifications
• 6-8 years' experience in an events specialist role, managing events end-to-end for B2B technology or services companies or agencies.
• Strong background in developing and managing large-scale online events.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience hosting events in the US, Europe, or other international locations.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Zoom.
