NOW HIRING: Online Fitness Coach (Remote | Flexible Hours | Paid Per Client)
If you're an experienced PT, sick of 5:00am starts and split shifts on the gym floor, who wants to transition to online coaching, or an online coach who is looking to build a larger client base without having to invest copious amounts of time and money into marketing, then I'm looking for you!
I’m bringing an online coach onto our team.
Someone who:
- Genuinely cares about people
- Wants to build meaningful, supportive relationships with clients
- Values a science-based training and nutrition approach to maximise client results - Is hardworking and eager to learn
- Can work within a proven system to get consistent, sustainable results
- Wants to work for a rapidly growing coaching business
Never stress about marketing for clients again. I’ll generate leads and provide you with clients and a proven system to help you deliver life-changing results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing weekly check-in feedback and ongoing support for online clients
- Using my established coaching framework to develop and update training programs and nutrition targets (I’ll teach you exactly what to do while allowing you the flexibility to apply your own expertise to add value)
- Helping everyday people—mostly men—lose body fat, build lean muscle, and boost confidence
- Building strong relationships with our clients and community
- Promoting our team’s work and your clients’ results on social media
This Role Includes:
- Full access to my coaching systems and tools
- Remote, flexible work hours
- Pay per client (grows with your client load) with potential for part or full-time salary in the future
- Long-term potential for financial and career growth and team involvement
You Must:
- Be a qualified PT in Australia with at least 1 year of experience
- Have a strong grasp of training and nutrition fundamentals
- Be values-driven—kind, humble, and focused on helping people
- No “bro” talk. No ego. No toxic gym culture. - Have at least a basic presence on socials (or be willing to build one)
- Be responsive and available to support clients (not just +–5)
