Key responsibilities
- Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications
- Create new application features and customize the existing ones
- Collaborate with design teams to develop robust, and innovative products
- Write clean & readable codes, perform unit & integration tests, fix bugs, etc
- Oversee and manage the entire application development lifecycle
- Optimize and monitor mobile applications for enhanced performance and scalability
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of experience in mobile application development (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Proficiency in Swift/Objective-C, Android, Java/Kotlin, React Native, C#, etc.
- Experience with third-party libraries and MVC/MVVM design patterns
- Expertise in creating app designs and user interfaces (UI)
- Proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Mercurial, etc.
- Fluency in English to collaborate with engineering managers
- Work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

• Position Overview:
We are seeking an Online Live Chat Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service through live chat support. The ideal candidate must be resourceful, reliable, and capable of handling various situations with tact and professionalism while embodying our company values.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient live chat support to customers, addressing queries and concerns in real-time.
- Utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers, ensuring clarity and empathy in every interaction.
- Identify customer issues and promptly facilitate resolution, whether through providing information, troubleshooting, or escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.

- Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in a clear and organized manner to help improve overall service and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics and customer service to ensure seamless problem resolution for customers.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to our services and platforms.
- Implement effective planning strategies to ensure key metrics and performance goals are consistently met.
- Proactively identify patterns in customer inquiries and relay insights to the management team for continuous improvement of services.
• Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clear and concise dialogue.
- Proven ability to work independently while being a reliable team player who can collaborate effectively with others.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate customer issues resourcefully.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple inquiries without compromising service quality.
- Comfortable using various technology platforms and tools, with a willingness to learn new systems as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required by the business.
