Responsibilities
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field2+ years of work experience in digital marketingHighly creative with experience in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateFull understanding of all social media platformsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight)Experience in setting up and optimising ad campaigns (e.g. Google Adwords, Facebook Ads)Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google WorkspaceProficiency in English and HindiHighly creative with excellent analytical abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
