Qualifications

• Any Bachelor s Degree.

• 6 months + experience in IT hosting (webhosting, vps, Dedicated server & Domain Hosting) sales

• Solid technical marketing abilities

• Passion for technology and high tech

• Experience in a high volume sales environment, and within in a call center environment is a plus!

• Excellent Customer Service skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Reaching or exceeding your sales goals.

• Consistently increasing and expanding your knowledge of the industry and sales process.

• Taking leads that come to you by phone, email, and/or live chat, often multiple contacts at the same time.

• Primarily inbound contacts with follow ups from previous contacts.

• Tracking all contacts with detailed information for future follow ups

• Help new customers pick the plan that works best for their website.

• Help upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements.

• Ability to handle multiple processes at one time.

• Be able to work with others in a team environment.

• Must have excellent written and spoken English, you will be on the phone as well as live chat with customers.

• Must be able to multi-task

• Must be able to work under stress and pressure.

• Must be able to do math problems, such as adding, dividing and percentages to determine amounts owed.

Skill Requirements

• Extensive sales and billing knowledge.

• Knowledge in the WHMCS Billing System is an added advantage
