We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Office Manager to join our team at Goibibo in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level Online Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online office, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate online office operations, including scheduling, communication, and task delegation.
2. Implement and maintain project management systems to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
3. Provide people management support to team members, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
4. Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies for improving online office processes and procedures.
5. Monitor and analyze online office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
6. Serve as a point of contact for online office staff, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
7. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new online office team members.
8. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and excellence in all online office operations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or related field.
3. Strong project management and people management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Highly motivated and self-driven individual.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
8. Experience working in a remote or online office environment is a plus.
