Role Description
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Online Operations & E-commerce Coordination Lead to manage and own the day-to-day business operations across our online and institutional channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on backend coordination, execution, and ownership across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Aava’s D2C website (aavawater.com), and premium institutional clients, including luxury fashion and automobile showrooms. The person in this role ensures that nothing slips—whether it is platform appointments, escalations, issue resolution, deliveries, customer coordination, internal follow-ups, or team execution—and will also be responsible for managing a small operations team.
This role will work closely with the promoters with direct exposure to decision-making on online sales initiatives, events, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing backend operations for Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and Amazon, including appointments, follow-ups, escalations, and issue resolution
• Coordinating daily operations for aavawater.com, including handling inbound consumer calls generated through digital campaigns
• Acting as a single point of coordination for premium institutional and showroom orders, including luxury fashion and automobile brands
• Coordinating order processing, billing follow-ups, payment tracking, and ensuring timely deliveries (no accounting or GST responsibilities)
• Managing and guiding a 4–5 member operations team, ensuring clear task allocation, follow-ups, and execution discipline
• Owning and overseeing the company’s customer care infrastructure, including:
• Management of the customer care IVR system
• Monitoring and ensuring timely responses on the customer care email
• Ensuring all customer queries are tracked, routed, and resolved efficiently
• Maintaining structured trackers, escalation logs, and clear communication across internal teams and external partners
• Demonstrating a strong business aptitude, with active involvement in discussions with the promoters and leadership team to:
• Support online sales strategies for campaigns, events, and special initiatives
• Contribute to business development activities related to online, D2C, quick commerce, and institutional channels

Qualifications
We are open to candidates from any industry or background who demonstrate strong ownership, discipline, and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline; strong operational aptitude matters most)
• 1–4 years experience in business operations, coordination, or execution-focused roles
• Exposure to Blinkit or similar quick-commerce platforms is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a plus
• Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups, and multi-stakeholder coordination
• Experience managing or guiding a small team is a plus
• Highly organized, dependable, and execution-focused
• Strong willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow
• Clear communicator with a calm, problem-solving mindset
