Online Phonics Teacher (Freelance, 1:1 Classes)

Shivam Academy is hiring a freelance Online Phonics Teacher to conduct 1:1 personalized phonics classes for young learners. The role is flexible and paid on an hourly basis (rate depends on selection & experience).

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging 1:1 online phonics lessons for children (ages 5–10).

Teach phonemic awareness, reading fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary.

Prepare simple lesson plans, worksheets, and interactive activities.

Track student progress and share feedback with parents.

Create a fun, positive, and motivating learning environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed. preferred) or relevant teaching qualification.

Prior experience teaching phonics or early literacy (online/offline).

Strong English communication skills.

Familiar with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

Passionate about early education and child development.
