Job Description
New World Feilding is looking for a cheerful, reliable person to join our Online Shopping and Grocery on a full-time or part-time basis.
You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on the quality produce and service we offer our customers here at New World.
You will be joining a friendly and customer-focused team that looks after hundreds of our valued online customers. As an online shopper, you will be helping fulfill customer online orders by filling shopping carts with products according to the list you will be given,getting it checked by a buddy, and then stored in the loading area ready for delivery to customers or collected on their selected time slot. Additionally, you will assist the grocery team to replenish stock
Here's what you'll need:
drivers license – you’ll be able to get out and about doing deliveries
high level of task commitment
a fast-learner
good command of written and spoken English
excellent customer service skills
good basic Maths and sound computer skills
the ability to prioritize and multitask consistently to meet deadlines
physically fit with the endurance to stand and walk for long hours
Customer service driven – you’ll spend a lot of time helping our customers
Be reliable, we are a close team and you’ll be missed if you’re not here!
Have a good work ethic
Be able to work well under pressure
Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times.
What's in it for you?
Permanent part time or full time hours, hours will include either Sunday and Monday or Friday and Saturday 7pm finish.
