Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and creative ORM & Social Media Executive to manage real-time
communication with our online community and help drive business growth. You will be the first
point of contact for prospective learners on social platforms, responsible for creating engaging
interactions and ensuring our brand voice stands out across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Real-time responding to queries and questions that come through social media
to delight prospective learners of music and help build business leads through
it
Liaison between internal teams to keep track of status of
Keeping track of social trends and formats, engaging in conversations relevant
to the brand & stand out in the digital space through engaging content
Execute everyday posting of social media content on the brand's social handles
(Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
Key Skills
Running knowledge of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
Twitter, YouTube)
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Should be able to devise
delightful responses to queries.
