As an Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, improving, and safeguarding our online reputation and brand image. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to ensure that our online presence reflects positively on our company and enhances customer trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Reputation Monitoring:
• Monitor online platforms, including social media, review websites, and forums, to track mentions of our brand and products/services.
• Identify and analyze trends and sentiments related to our brand.
• Stay updated on industry news and trends that may impact our online reputation.
Reputation Analysis:
• Analyze data and feedback to identify areas where our online reputation may be at risk.
• Develop insights and recommendations to address reputation issues effectively.
