Any Graduate with min 2-3 years experience in website maintenance / digital marketing role
The Website executive's responsibilities include promoting products or services through digital platforms,
The responsibilities would primarily include the Incoming, Outgoing & Online chat processes: - Good communication and understanding of sales are most welcome!!! -
Outbound process: Upsell & cross-sell the products through digital platform
Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.
Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode. - Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into confirmed orders. - Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines. Self-motivated & Confident approach -
Maintaining products on website like regular audit of product information, updating stock and prices, adding new product line and removing discontinued products. uploading product images and unboxing videos and reviewing product reviews received from customers and responding to complaints proactively.
Knowledge in SEO process and paid promotion and social media handling for brand will be added advantage.
