Job Description:

Have to generate leads from USA and Canada through Online Portals (both organic and by using AI Tools), Contact Clients on your own, and Close Deals. Need to close a minimum of 5 orders per day, demanding hourly basis pay from the client, making them pay us by the end of every week. The overall monthly target would be 50 orders per month.

Salary: 12,00,000 per Annum (1,00,000 per Month + Incentives).

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective lead-generation strategies through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.

• Proactively approach and engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to order closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently meeting or surpassing revenue objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Client Acquisition/Obtaining Executive or Business Development Representative, preferably in Digital Marketing.

• Should have strong knowledge and proven experience in Organic Lead Generation, through Online Portals, and also should be Tech-savvy with AI Tools for Lead Generation.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client interactions and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proven ability to work independently, taking ownership of the entire client acquisition process.

• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor performance.
