Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:Identify and research potential clients and leads through various online channels.
Utilize social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms to generate leads.
Sales Prospecting:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the company's products or services.
Reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
Customer Acquisition:Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the company's products/services and industry trends.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
Sales Reporting:Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Market Analysis:Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the online space.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competitive threats.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Online Sales Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of online sales strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
