📍 Location: Jaipur (Full-time, In-office)

At Sutra Fine Jewellery, we don’t just sell jewelry — we craft heirlooms, we tell stories, and we connect people to timeless pieces made with natural gemstones, uncut diamonds, and gold. Each creation is rooted in Indian craftsmanship, blending the old-world charm of Jadau with modern elegance.
We're now looking for an Online Sales Executive who’s passionate about luxury and loves building connections — not just with jewelry, but with people.
What You’ll Do:
• Engage with high-end clients over phone, WhatsApp, and text
• Host video consultations to showcase our luxury pieces
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to the perfect product
• Build lasting relationships through prompt follow-ups and personalized conversations
• Manage and update our CRM/client database regularly
• Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns, promotions, and client-specific nudges
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sale communication
• Be the voice of Sutra — warm, informative, and elegant
Who You Are:
• Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate nearby (This is an in-office role)
• You have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• You’re digitally fluent — especially with WhatsApp, CRM tools, and basic tech
• Prior experience in luxury sales, jewelry, or fashion is a big plus
• You’re proactive, organized, and love interacting with people
• You understand how to balance luxury with approachability in your communication
