Role Description
The Network World is looking for a full-time Online Sales Executive to be based on-site in our New Delhi office. The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales revenue, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting brand awareness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also conduct market research to identify new online sales opportunities and keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in online sales and e-commerce platforms, with a strong track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective online sales strategies
• Proficiency in online sales and marketing techniques, including lead generation, email marketing, social media engagement, and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Familiarity with online sales and marketing software tools, including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Hootsuite, and Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in the technology or media industries is a plus
• Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
