Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter at CareerBloc. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fulfill the hiring needs of our clients. Daily tasks include managing job postings, conducting interviews, building candidate pipelines, and maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers. The role includes specific targets aligned with recruitment goals and requires a proactive individual capable of working independently while ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills related to recruitment and candidate coordination
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms, tools, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and job boards
• Ability to identify, source, and assess candidates effectively through research and networking
• Goal-driven and target-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
