Key Responsibilities
• Online Sales Management: Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing sales.
• Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone. Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
