Job Description
This is a full-time, onsite dedicated & experienced Online Travel Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, have a strong understanding of online travel platforms, and possess expertise in utilizing the WZEE tool for travel planning and optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing travel solutions, assisting customers with bookings, and leveraging WZEE to enhance the travel experience. The job location will be Delhi (Ashok Vihar).
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in WZEE Tool
