Job Summary We are hiring female online tutors to teach students from home during day-time hours. If you are passionate about teaching and want to educate students remotely using your subject knowledge, this is the perfect opportunity. Freshers and experienced educators are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct one-on-one or small group virtual classes through video platforms
• Teach school-level subjects using interactive teaching methods
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and periodic assessments
• Track student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents
• Maintain regular attendance and class quality standards
• Communicate clearly in both spoken and written formats
Qualifications and Requirements
• Female candidates based in or near Chennai (remote working setup required)
• Graduate in any discipline; B.Ed. or subject-specific qualifications preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; Tamil knowledge is a plus
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred (online or offline)
• Own laptop/desktop, webcam, and a stable internet connection
• Ability to handle virtual teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
