Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an extroverted, enthusiastic, and confident leader with exceptional team management abilities. You should know how to motivate and guide others to achieve exceptional results. While tech knowledge is a plus, it is not mandatory. If you’re new to the industry, don’t worry—we provide a 6-month comprehensive training program to help you excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring accountability.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and align deliverables accordingly.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget planning.
- Oversee event marketing and promotional activities to ensure strong audience engagement.
- Monitor event timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and any challenges are addressed promptly.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
