Job description
Leading Bank urgent reqd. 8 Junior Officer in Direct Payroll.
Qualification : Min Graduate from any stream.
Salary : 1+871/- to 25685/- per month.
Job Responsibility : Contact high profile customers, listening their queries, solve their problem, giving offers and services as per their need,etc.
Freshers can apply, but experienced are preferable.
No Banking experience required.
Male & Female both can apply.
Timing : +.30 a.m to 6.30 p.m.
Holiday : 2nd & 4th Saturday + All Sundays + All Banking holidays.
Increment will be provided as per banking norms.
This is a permanent job.
This is a Direct Payroll vacancy.

We are Sourcing Candidates for India's No.1 Pvt Bank at Kolkata for the position Imperia Relationship Manager in Kolkata. The ideal candidate shuld be from Banking Industry with Portfolio Management of large number of customer base (ranging from 200-500 customers). Candidate should be able to handle big sized portfolios (book size ranging from 50 to 200 Cr.) and income target of 15-20 Cr. monthly.Job PurposeResponsible for including HNI customers into the Imperia programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family a/c’s ,retaining and enhancing the relationship. The RM is also responsible for acquiring new to Bank Preferred/Imperia relationships.To be a one point contact for all his financial needs and services, thus enhancing current relationship value and wallet share which will further increase profitability from these relationships.Responsibilities1. HNW Portfolio Management (Acquiring, Enhancing, Deepening and Retention)- Liaising with PB/ Preferred RM to flag eligible customers form Classic/ Preferred portfolio- Acquire new customers who meet product criteria- Regular interaction with the customer to build rapport to understand and update the profile.- Enhance the Overall value/book size of the portfolio- Maintain the overall quality / hygiene parameters of the portfolio- Cross selling products of the bank based on the customer need- Joint calls being done along with Supervisor as per defined process- Advisory services to be offered based on the requirement in coordination with PBG.- Attrition control of customers- Achieving MTD and YTD Revenue Targets1. Operations, Marketing & Processes- Error free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions (Stop payments, FD Closure, etc)- Ensure KYC / AML norms are adhered to at all points of time- Ensure that 5-S norms are adhered to for individual's workstation- Analyze clients' data and provide strategic recommendations to clients- Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers- Prospect for new sales leads and close sales1. Increase in wallet share- Look for opportunities to cross sell any other product of the Bank, to ensure that HDFC
