Role Description
Looking for a skilled Multimedia Developer who will be responsible for creating animation videos for promotions and YouTube ads, designing mockups for mobile and web apps, and creating marketing collateral such as pamphlets, posters, and brochures. Will be responsible for creating motion designs, producing videos, and crafting engaging motion graphics. This role also includes collaborating with other designers and video production teams to develop high-quality graphic content. The candidate will be expected to manage multiple projects and deliver creative solutions that meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
• Skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics
• Experience in Video Production
• Graphic Design and Graphics skills
• Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the L&D Manager on content design and development.
• Transform existing written content into captivating visuals using motion graphic creatives and video guidance from the L&D Manager.
• Conduct proof-of-concept testing with target audiences.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather feedback on department-specific content.
• Analyze feedback and assist the L&D Manager in incorporating recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Articulate Storyline, and Handbrake.
• Significant experience working with Camtasia, Powtoons, Canva, and Easy Generator is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Able to read, troubleshoot, and edit HTML and CSS code.
• Skilled in creating short animation clips from storyboards.
