Operations Leadership Role
Oversee end-to-end execution of residential interior projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and superior customer satisfaction across regions.
• Lead regional operations and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of interior projects.
• Own Customer experience throughout the customer journey.
• Own project handover timelines, vendor coordination, workmanship quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Build and manage teams including senior managers, project managers, site supervisors.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create, monitor, and improve SOPs to drive operational efficiency and scale delivery capacity.
• Work closely with leadership on process excellence, cost optimization and customer success initiatives.
Requirements:
• 8–12 years of experience in operations, preferably in home interiors, real estate, construction, or related sectors.
• People with experience in leadership role in operations in Startups can also apply.
• Proven experience in scaling and managing large field teams and vendor networks.
• Process-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with an ability to work in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred).
• MBA or relevant management certification is a plus.
