Role Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Gulmohar Health Care Private Limited in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter them.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications
Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Revenue Generation skills
Client Relationship Management and Business Development skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
