Key Responsibilities

• Customer Consultation: Handle incoming inquiries from prospective students and professionals via calls, social media, and other communication channels.
• Sales & Conversion: Guide customers through the study abroad and visa application process, converting leads into paying clients.
• Follow-Ups & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up with leads, and track progress using CRM tools.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on study programs, scholarships, visa policies, and university requirements in Germany and Switzerland.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Events & Webinars: Participate in educational fairs, online webinars, and promotional activities to attract potential clients.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1-3 years in sales, customer service, or study abroad consulting. Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field. Background in education consulting is a plus.
• Languages: English (mandatory). German is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, emails, WhatsApp, and social media for customer engagement.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and work in a dynamic environment.
