Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in managing end-to-end HR operations, compliance, and employee/vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with vendor onboarding, payroll management,H1 processes, and handling legal/compliance documentation such as non-compete agreements and regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage HR operations including payroll, compliance documentation, and policy enforcement.
• Manage H1 visa processes and ensure timely submission of required documentation for compliance.
• Lead vendor onboarding processes including contracts, background checks, and compliance requirements.
• Draft, review, and manage employee/vendor agreements such as non-competes and confidentiality agreements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning, staffing, and employee engagement.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed for audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in HR management with direct exposure to immigration (H1) processes.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor law compliance.
• Experience in vendor management, onboarding, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
