• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in OpenText Content Server and Microsoft SharePoint products, technologies, platforms, frameworks, and methodologies
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and ability to work independently in a highly matrixed, varied and diverse environment with fast changing priorities
• The ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• A high attention to detail while producing quality work in a timely manner
• Expertise in application development and the system development lifecycle
