We are looking for a DevOps architect to manage the software development process and create an automated delivery pipeline that assists in building software more efficiently. The responsibilities of a DevOps architect include assessing, supporting, and implementing high-quality information technology architecture including Infrastructure, Pipeline, Monitoring, Security, and Networking best principles.
To be successful as a DevOps architect, you should demonstrate a leadership mindset solid operational experience, and the ability to problem-solve. Ultimately, a top-notch DevOps Architect should have exceptional communication skills, be knowledgeable about the latest industry trends, and be highly innovative.

Responsibilities:
• Own and contribute towards end-to-end agile DevOps-based software development life cycle with end-to-end automation in mind (Tools & Processes)
Help businesses in DevOps big picture, strategize and provide a roadmap and engage closely with architects, software engineers, and other operations teams to deliver highly available and scalable services
Define reference architectures for the technology infrastructure, build and update the roadmap to achieve these architectures
Develops strategy and roadmaps of enterprise DevOps, Security and Monitoring & Alerts portfolio
Drive ongoing improvements and efficiencies in operational practices, tools and processes and evaluate third-party products and specifications
• Establish software architecture patterns with High Availability, scale, security, monitoring, and configuration of cloud & On-prem platform services.
• Planning, installing and deploying highly available solutions on the public cloud & on-prem.
Partners with Enterprise Security Governance to drive risk management practices and assessments
• Provide security governance through the establishment of standards, procedures and guidelines
• Develop and implement IT security training courses across the enterprise
• Provide advice, analysis and recommendation on the security products in the network, mobile, physical, endpoint and application security space
• Work with development teams across multiple projects to drive automation, establish software standards, service modularity, testing standards, and deployment/management of microservices.
Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and typically 10 years of experience in the DevOps tools, security aspects relating to multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Experienced in application segregation (repo/library management, imaging, containers, virtualization) with technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and the standard programming background (node, java, other), and design patterns, oop methodology and trends, functional programming.
• Experience and/or in-depth Knowledge of Containerization such as Docker, and Kubernetes is desirable
• Good Experience in system-level architecture experience, process workflows, and usage models.
• Ability to manage large program and organizational transformations within complex structural and cultural environments
