Oversee packing processes to guarantee secure and damage-free delivery
Verify serial and batch numbers for consistency and accuracy
Process customer orders and ensure timely, correct dispatching
Identify and report defective items, replacing them before shipment
Prepare and apply accurate shipping labels
Generate invoices and essential delivery documentation
Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions in our database
Double-check order details, ensuring the correct quantity and type of goods are delivered
