Location Thane/Noida/Bangalore
Reporting Relationship CEC – Team Leader - Inbound
Position Grade Assistant Manager
- Graduates only can apply (Any except BSC IT, MBA/CA/Dr.)
- 1-2 years with 6 months which should to be in customer service role - Understanding of
call center industry an advantage
- Candidates with excellent comms (B2+) with basic computer knowledge needed
- Shift Timings : Rotational Males - 247 , Females - 7 am to 8 pm (Any + hours)
- Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with +hours shift
- Salary : Up to 3,00,000 LPA
- Age - Up to 30 years
- No transportation facility.
- Transportation boundaries : Kurla - Kalyan (Can consider Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Badlapur) , Airoli to Seawoods.

Education : Graduates
Salary : 12000 - 18000 (In Hand Salary)
Experience: 0-2 Yrs
Shift Timing: 7am to 11.30 pm (Any + hrs shift)
(Women Employees - No Shift beyond 8.30PM will have only day rotational shift timing )
Location : Vashi
Weekly Off: any 2 Rotational Week Offs

>Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills
> Strong computer knowledge and technical skills
> Ability to achieve stretched targets and able to manage the organization standards
> Ability to understand and handle irate customers
>Identifying, Handling and resolving customer queries and concerns while maintaining expected quality as per company
>Understanding multiple products and processes
>Influencing customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information
