Opening for Sale Executive for Top Beverages company
Candidates should be from Kolkata or nearby area.
Candidate should be from any FMCG (working in Direct Payroll).
Candidate should have own two-wheeler.
MBA preferred.
Age :upto 35
CTC: 3 to 4.5 lacs p.a
The position is responsible for Handling and Controlling sales activities in the areas under his span of control.
To increase the LPSC in every Pre Sell outlet by focussing on Range Selling
To ensure that every Cooler outlet should be billed a minimum of 2 cases every week
To ensure that every Non - cooler outlet should be billed a minimum of one case a week
Every Non-Buyer outlet should be visited and made to be billed
If an outlet is not billed after two visits of PSR, that outlet to be visited personally to make the outlet in the buyer list
To control and manage PSRs/MDs for maintaining RED norms and focus on increased RED score
To monitor the Cooler Purity, Visibility and Availability and ensure smooth coordination between PSR & Salesman
To evaluate the performance and professional skills of the MD/ PSRs to recommend training needs.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
