Source candidates from job portals - Naukri, Indeed, and other social platforms.
The candidates should be interested in making their career in Technical BPO Recruitment domain.
Sourcing profiles for BPO international voice profiles and schedule for interviews and Followup untill they join.
Respond quickly to open positions, but always with quality as priority.
