Job Summary:
The incumbent should be an experienced English Language Trainer with the necessary knowledge and maturity to conduct leadership training and English language enhancement programs across the different centers.
• Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify soft-skill skill gaps and corresponding training needs.
- Ideate, create and conduct result oriented soft-skill sessions and should have some idea of blended learning.
- Measure training effectiveness through appropriate matrices and communicate the results to the leadership team. Create soft-skill training modules for the staff and curate, modify & update content as and when required.
- Drive the expected change in behavior through training and keep inspiring the learners for further improvement.
- Independently create and drive various facets of leadership training programs to enhance the skill of the young leaders for a better tomorrow. - Coach, mentor and guide people to enable them to identify and develop their people skills and team building skills.
- Drive app based and classroom training programs for English development in different centers. Being able to maintain dashboards, monitor progress and follow up closely to drive relevant programs continuously.
- Proven track record of working as an English Language Teacher.

- Extremely well versed in verbal, written and oral communication
- Highly presentable with great interpersonal skills
- Proper team playing attitude
- Analytical and capable of working in an unstructured environment
- Ability to plan, ideate and implement
- Very good networking ability

• Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
