Role Description --This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Operations Manager located in Gurugram. The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day event operations, managing customer service, planning events, communication with vendors Qualification- Operations Management, Event Planning, and Budgeting skills,Vendor management and negotiation skills.Customer Service and Communication skills. Experience in organizing and managing eventsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of the wedding and event industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field is preferredAt least 3 years of experience in weddings is mandatory requirement Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: • Day shift Experience: • Event Operations Manage: 3 years (Preferred) • wedding industry: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
