• Handle high volume of incoming emails and chats while exceeding the Productivity, Quality
• Provide resolution to partner queries/issues through email and chat to utmost satisfaction
• Liaise between customer/partners and various internal teams/individuals while working to

• Identify and share partner issues & feedback with the relevant individuals/teams through
