Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Fresher Mechanical Engineers. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India. As a fresher, no prior experience is required. DCS Group offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their career in the field of mechanical engineering.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Sound knowledge of mechanical principles, theories, and concepts
• Proficiency in CAD and other engineering software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• A passion for continuous learning and professional development
Roles And Responsibilities
• Assist in designing, developing and maintaining mechanical systems and components
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve engineering problems and improve system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Perform tests and measurements on mechanical systems to identify defects and implement corrective actions
• Create technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports
• Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging technologies
• Support senior engineers in various tasks and projects

Managing and planning the site project.
Designing the project structures and hydraulic systems
Liaising with local authorities, municipal councils, environmental agencies and statutory authorities and government departments on the requirements and implications of the project.
Ensuring Occupational Health & Safety compliance on site.
Acting as the quality control and assurance to ensure that the project objectives are met.
