Job Description
Greet and welcome walk-in customers, prospects, and visitors at the sales office / site.
Provide initial project briefing covering location, amenities, pricing, configurations, and availability.
Coordinate and schedule site tours for customers with sales representatives.
Maintain professional hospitality standards for reception area and customer lounge.
Ensure timely refreshments and comfortable experience for clients during meetings.
Handle customer queries with politeness, clarity, and proper communication etiquette.
Collect customer contact details, lead information, and follow-up status.
Maintain visitor entry records and update CRM/Lead management system.
Coordinate with the sales team for brochures, price sheets, sample flats, and presentations.
Communicate project updates, event invites, and promotional activities to customers.
Assist in sales events and customer engagement activities.
Handle inbound telephone inquiries and route them to relevant team members.
Maintain stock of brochures, stationery, hospitality items, and promotional material.
Escort high-profile clients and provide exclusive service support during visits.
Support CRM team during booking, documentation, and customer interaction phases when required.
