1. Work on provided lead database
2. Web search to identify leads based on given profiles
3. Update lead information in CRM
4. Make telephone calls/email to leads as per schedule
5. Update opportunity follow up in CRM immediately after contact with lead
6. Set up appointment for field Sales Executives/BOE
7. Collect customer feedback as per the schedule given
