Job Title: HR Manager (Generalist)
The HR Manager (Generalist) will be responsible for handling various aspects of Human Resources in our organization. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, induction and joining formalities, salary negotiation, HR MIS and payroll, employee engagement, and exit interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manpower Planning: Develop and implement strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels across departments.
• Recruitment & Selection: Source, select, and recruit top talent to fill open positions within the organization.
• Induction & Joining Formalities: Coordinate with new hires to ensure smooth onboarding and familiarization with company policies and procedures.
• Salary Negotiation: Engage with employees to negotiate salaries and benefits packages that align with industry standards and company budget.
• HR MIS & Payroll: Oversee the management of HR data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Process payroll and manage employee benefits.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by implementing initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and retention.
• Exit Interviews: Conduct thorough exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Performance Appraisal: Administer performance evaluations to assess employee growth and development.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Performance Appraisal, PF, and ESI regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
Working Hours: Standard working hours apply, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
