Job Description
Key Responsibility areas:-
• To achieve Savings on Capex ; Engineering Items & other consumables utilised in plant (production;stores;QC;Admin;etc.)
• To develop alternate vendors for all critical materials having single source vendor.
• To perform Technical evaluation activity (Technical evaluation w.r.t to URS / technical specification) of Capex & Opex Items.
• To actively drive commercial evaluation process (making techno-commercial evaluation of Capex & Opex & negotiation with vendors) .
• To maintain appropriate optimum inventory levels of fast moving items & ensuring no stock-out situation in plant.
• To ensure followup with vendors for timely supply /service of material & services & ensuring no production loss / operation stoppage in plant.
• To initiate any process improvement activity for bringing operational efficiency in supply chain.
Job Description:-
• Timely PO Creation; followup with vendors for ensuring on-time deliveries of all items / services.
• Global Sourcing of Capex & Engineering material & services.
• To conduct techno-commercial evaluation of CAPEX / Opex items Planning & Inventory of Engineering & other consumables.
• Import PO process & co-ordination with CHA & freight forwarder.
• MIS preparation on periodic basis (spend analysis data ; savings data ; stock data ; delivery updates to stakeholders;etc.)
• Planning & Inventory Management of Engineering & other consumables required at plant (production;stores;QC;Admin;etc.)
• Tracking AMC ; ensuring timely renewal & maintaining AMC tracker file.
Technical Competencies:-
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good Technical product knowledge on Capex & Engineering Material / Services & other consumables.
• Good market knowledge of vendors for Capex & Engineering Material / Services & other consumables Good ERP Knowledge (SAP)
• MS Office Knowledge - Good knowledge of Excel - vlookup, pivot table , etc, Word , PowerPoint , Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
