At Slim Chickens, we use the best cut of tenderloins to create our delicious menu. Our time-tested recipe, with our southern-style buttermilk marinade and hand-breaded tenders, has become a household favorite. We are dedicated to providing a fast, accurate, and friendly ordering experience that leaves our guests feeling satisfied and appreciated.
Overview:
Join a team that has fun every day by helping guests and making them happy
Train in various positions in Front of House and Back of House
Fill in at any position as needed
Work in positions such as cashier/runner, drive-thru, expo (expeditor), and cook
Requirements and Competencies:
High energy with a strong work ethic
Personable with a natural smile
Outgoing and guest-focused
Positive and friendly phone presence
Ability to handle pressure during peak times (lunch and dinner)
Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
Ability to follow instructions
Availability to work in other areas of the restaurant as needed
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Positive attitude and self-disciplined
Professional demeanor at all times

Store #1 opened in Fayetteville, Arkansas on February 17, 2003. Within 6 years we crossed the state line, 4 more years opened our first franchise location, 4 years after that went international, and now, just 2 years later we’re celebrating Store #100, opening in Little Rock, Arkansas on December 17, 2019…and it’s just as exhilarating as day one. With every new store brings a renewed dedication to customers, to stay true to our original mission and true to our roots.
