Hi Candidate, We have opening with a Leading Bank for the below role Function: Human Resources Role: HR Operations Location: Churchgate, Mumbai Day Shift with Saturday Sunday fixed off Salary - Upto 4lpa Roles Responsibilities • Releasing the offer letters, appointment letters and employment contracts • Employee Code generation, Email ids creation • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends • Responsible for employee incentive calculation • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question • Responsible for HR Payroll management amp; Salary disbursement coordination • Handling the employee documentation process till on-boarding Desired Candidate Experience of HR administration amp; knowledge of general HR related tasks preferred.
