REQUIRED CANDIDATE CRITERIA:

He/she must have Tele calling and Sales experience. He/she must have Strong Communication, Convincing and Negotiation Skills. He/she should have knowledge on Recruitment Cycle (End to End). He/she should possess Leadership qualities. Language Proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, Oriya, Malayalam, Bengali will be given preference.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must be active in screening resumes and able to schedule interviews for candidates. Must do Posting job ads on professional job portals, free job portals and social media. Should Participate in candidate sourcing efforts. Should conduct initial phone screens. Should be active in making calls to candidates having desired job profile. Should be active in coordinating with the clients. Should be able to manage calendar with the clients and candidates. Should cope with candidates promptly and assist them in attending interviews at client location. Should be able to use recruiting software to keep track on open roles Should send out all bulk email confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and must handle Documentation offer letters).
