1.To attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
2. To suggest information about other products and services.
3.To Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
1.Proven Customer Support Experience.
2.Strong Communication, comprehension and presentation skills.
3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
4. Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 0.6 year of experience in chat/email / Call process
5.Familiar with CRM systems and practices
